Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all finance, accounting, and tax functions across the company and its subsidiaries
  • Review over all financial tasks of the team: billing, collection, salaries, payments to vendors, and other month-closing procedures.
  • Cash flow management, including inter-company funding, foreign currency management, and bank deposit management
  • Financial analysis and reporting - monthly operational & management reports, quarterly financial statements, and annual tax returns.
  • Develop and improve company work processes, policies, and compliance to support company objectives and growth.
  • Work closely with the CFO on ad-hod matters
  • Work cross-functionally to optimize business processes to achieve company KPI
  • Enhance and implement financial and accounting system processes, tools, and controls
  • Managing commercial contracts (review and negotiate agreements, oversee vendor onboarding process).
  • Administration of other finance-related matters (insurance, partners and third-party requests, application forms, etc.)
  • Managing financial aspects of the company’s real-estate activity

Requirements

  • 7+ years experience in a finance position in the high-tech industry.
  • CPA, degree in accounting, big-4 accounting firm experience.
  • Excellent understanding of SaaS metrics and KPIs.
  • Experience managing finance for a company with US-based entities.
  • Solid understanding of US GAAP
  • Highest standards of accuracy and precision; highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Strong analytical capabilities and business understanding.
  • Superior Excel skills.
  • Experience with ERP systems - must. Netsuite is an advantage.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while handling multiple projects.
  • Great communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A hands-on approach, with a willingness to take on new responsibilities and constantly improve the finance cycle.
  • Fluent English.
