The Position:

We are looking for an Executive Assistant to the CEO who will provide comprehensive assistance and help him focus on his primary responsibilities and maximize his effectiveness.

As an Executive Assistant you'll be doing everything necessary to keep things running smoothly - from managing the calendar, to meetings preparation and administrative support with projects, initiatives, events and more.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Handle matters with the highest level of confidentiality and sensitivity
  • The Art of the Calendar - play a significant role in ensuring smooth day-to-day flow: Scheduling meetings and conference calls across multiple time zones.
  • Resolving scheduling conflicts while adhering to the CEO’s priorities and goals
  • Cooperate with both internal and external stakeholders, maintaining relationships with senior executives, partners and investors
  • Meeting preparation, including logistics.
  • Assist with preparing documents and preliminary information, follow up on action items.
  • Facilitate personal and professional daily tasks and errands for the CEO
  • Handle travel arrangements and expense reports


  •  2 years of experience as EA
  • Excellent organization and time management skills 
  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
  • Superb communication skills (verbal and written), in both English and Hebrew
  • High energy and dynamic – agile and able to adjust to changing environments and priorities
  • Independent with problem-solving skills and ‘get-things-done’ approach 
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, positive attitude, and service orientation
  • Advanced computer skills including MS Office and Google
  • Flexible working hours
