The Position

As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be responsible for hiring strong candidates into a variety of positions like R&D, Product, Community Manager etc. Our people and company culture are key to our success so you will have a direct impact on our company's DNA and enable our growth by hiring excellent people. We’re looking for a true professional who loves recruiting, highly motivated, innovative, and self-driven.

Responsibilities

  • Manage entire recruitment process including creating recruitment strategies sourcing, screening, interviewing, evaluating and hiring for all level positions
  • Identify passive job seekers using a full range of recruitment tactics and resources.
  • Strategically network at all levels and foster long term relationships within the organization
  • Creating an amazing candidate experience and ensuring that we execute our recruiting strategy
  • Manage employees' lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as a Recruiter working on a variety of roles, including technical, Sales, Marketing etc
  • Experience as a full-cycle Recruiter required
  • Passion for being a part of a fast growing environment and have a "get things done" mentality
  • You have strong project management skills - know how to structure a working process, engage team members and prioritize on the go to meet deliverables
  • You are resourceful, proactive and impact oriented in order to achieve aggressive goals
  • You are service and people-oriented with strong interpersonal capability
